For expats, international clients and Romanians abroad. Anxiety, relationships, identity and life transitions — with a clear, grounded process.
Online or in-office · Individual & couples
Therapy works best in the language you feel in — not just think in. If English is where you're most comfortable expressing yourself, that's where the work belongs. No filtering, no searching for words, no losing nuance in translation.
I'm a licensed clinical psychologist registered with the Romanian College of Psychologists (CPR). I work in English with expats living in Romania, Romanians abroad, and international clients looking for a therapist who understands the cultural context of living between worlds.
We clarify what brings you in and what you'd like to change. You leave with more clarity than you came in with — no pressure to have all the answers.
We work with structure and focus. Each phase has a purpose. We revisit goals together so you always know where we are and what comes next.
Weekly sessions to start, adjusted over time. Online or in-office — your choice, and you can switch between them at any point.
The language you feel in is the language we work in. Everything else is just logistics.— from the voice I work with
Chronic worry, panic, burnout. Understanding the mechanism and building real regulation skills — not just coping strategies.
Identity between cultures, loneliness, belonging. Living in Romania as a foreigner, or living abroad as a Romanian.
Patterns that repeat, communication blocks, distance. Individual sessions or couples therapy — both available in English.
We build safety first. We don't rush into depth. The pace is yours — always.
Who you are outside of roles, achievements, expectations. What you actually want — not what you think you should want.
Career changes, moves, relationship shifts, loss. Moments that require rebuilding a sense of self and direction.
Couples therapy in English: 250 RON / 50 min · 350 RON / 90 min. Full confidentiality — no diagnosis registered in external systems.
Book a sessionYes. I work in English professionally and have done so with clients from the UK, US, Germany, the Netherlands and other English-speaking countries. If you ever feel something gets lost in translation, we name it directly — that's part of the work too.
